All eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, tags, and components must be included.

Customer must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or denial.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If denied, the item will be mailed back to you.

If an item is returned with signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it will be sent back to the customer.

All orders are processed within 48–72 hours (2–3 business days).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
